Bruce and Peggy were honored to work with approximately 170 police officers representing communities throughout northeast Massachusetts. The Police Foundation of the North Eastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC), sponsored Bruce R. Talbot Associates to provide a custom training program on Drugged Driver Detection. NEMLEC is a non-profit corporation, and a law enforcement council, composed of a consortium of 47 police departments that address the ever-changing demands placed upon the law enforcement profession. |
